OVERALL PROSPERITY Italy is 30th in the overall Prosperity Index rankings. Since 2009, Italy has moved up the rankings table by 1 place. PILLAR RANKINGS Italy performs most strongly in Health and Living Conditions but is weakest in Social Capital.
